We specialize in RV parks/mobile home parks, 1031 exchange services, and single-tenant net lease properties. Landan Dory

Senior Vice President

Landan Dory is the Senior Vice President of investment sales for Partners based in Austin, TX. His team specializes in the sale of net lease investment properties, RV and Mobile home parks and executing 1031 exchanges as a tax-sheltering/estate-planning tool.


Landan has a demonstrated track record of success, having completed over $250m in commercial property sales in 21 states across the country, making him one of the nation's foremost experts in selling investment real estate.


Landan's specialized and targeted approach of representing property sellers has distinguished him as the go-to for many property owners, ranging in scale from private property owners to some of the largest real estate companies active in the market today.


Prior to his time at Partners, Landan was a top producer for years at a national brokerage company, then led the investment sales division for the Austin office of a global real estate company before finding his home at Partners in 2022.


Landan was born and raised in Midland, TX and graduated from Baylor University with degrees in Finance, Real Estate and Management. He lives in Austin, TX with his wife Megan, two children and their husky named Charlie.

Caleb Jackson

Caleb began his career in the commercial real estate industry this year when he joined the esteemed Partners Net Lease Group as an associate. With a strong foundation in real estate licensing and a degree from Baylor University, Caleb has seamlessly transitioned into the role of a commercial real estate broker.


During his time at Baylor University, Caleb earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, specializing in professional sales, finance, entrepreneurship, and real estate. He actively applied his knowledge and skills through internships, honing his business acumen and fostering professional growth. Additionally, Caleb’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish a successful moving and hauling company while in school. This
experience enabled him to understand what’s required to run a business and cater to diverse customer needs while ensuring competitive pricing and operational efficiency.


In the realm of real estate, Caleb brings forth his unwavering determination and a strong sense of commitment to delivering maximum value to his clients. Although new to Austin, Caleb is no stranger to the state of Texas and finds joy in spending time by the water and exploring new hobbies.

Colton Christ is an Associate in the Houston office on the Investment Sales team, focusing on RV and Mobile Home park sales.

At Partners Real Estate, Colton leverages his expertise to provide clients with tailored strategies for buying and selling RV and Mobile Home parks. His role involves in-depth market analysis, strategic marketing, and personalized client service to ensure successful transactions. Colton's strong educational background and hands-on experience in the industry allow him to offer valuable insights and guidance to his clients.

Prior to joining Partners, Colton participated in an internship at Marcus & Millichap in their Investment Sales division. There he engaged in extensive training on business development calls, underwriting properties, and brokerage processes. Colton received his Bachelor's degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Colton's commitment to delivering exceptional value and his comprehensive understanding of the RV and Mobile Home park market make him a valuable asset to the Partners Real Estate team and his clients.
